Canceled service and I’m still dealing with crap. We were told we had to return the modem, which no problem, but to drop off at the store we had to wait 30 mins just to return! Are you kidding me

Customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever seen online and in person.
Worst internet company ever!!! Live chat is located outside the US and when you call the local store their mailbox is full because nobody picks up. I had stronger 5G connection overseas in the wilderness than I do with the strongest Cox WiFi in Roanoke!! Glad to discontinue my account. Will report them to the BBB!
Stay away from this company if you can. They’ve reverted to scam tactics to try and pry every dollar they can from us. Forcing cox mobile down our throats just to offer you a deal on internet. NO ONE CARES ABOUT COX MOBILE. How about you offer your 20+ year customers a discount on their services without trying to force services we don’t want or need. Can’t wait for another provider to become available.
