Got exactly everything perfect the first time i didn't have to make several trips out there
If there was an alternative provider, I would cancel Cox immediately. CONSTANTLY billing more for one ludacris reason or another. Have to return the Contour box I never ordered (actually made sure I didn't order the $10/mo box and bought my own router). Monthly bill fees going up for no reason and have to call to have lowered back to where the bill should be. All in all, one of the worst companies I've purchased services from, but I have no choice.
