Customer for a year, internet and phones. Phone service is comparable to verizon , and at much better price. Internet is satisfactory at a fair price, with some but not many connectivity issues. However in the last week have left two messages with the Roanoke,VA store with no call back. As well as 45 min plus phone call , with 5 transfers and 5 double verifications along with being hung up on once and sent back to main line menu twice. Feeling I'm right back to Verizon's horrible customer service and response!
Great deals
Went to the store to get a replacement wifi pod extender. After slow service was told to call the main number for warranty. Then was told by the main number people that the replacement had to be done in the store. Called the store for 25 mins back to back with no answer. Service is terrible.

I would never have Cox. When you post an ad in Spanish, I’m sorry we’re in America speaking English!!!
