Improvement needed on the wait queues. I went to replace a modem which takes literally 3 minutes if you get help. I added my name and selected the reason for my visit(I was 9th). I dont feel the reason makes ANY difference on queueing. Long story short, I had to wait over 55 minutes to exchange a defective cable modem. My advice to Spectrum(cox) is to please assign someone at the store to only handle equipment exchanges. Worst customer service. What they are doing in the inside room? Customers are waiting outside. But no one is not ready to respond 😟
