Outstanding service from Mason… Literally walked in and was done within five minutes. While it was a quiet day at the store, the problem explained which was a total of my being given 3 different boxes over the course of the last 2 days & none working at all. Mason recognized the issue & set me up with an even better & new device and now I have connectivity, no problems and a lot less cords! Thank you!
An absolute joke. Paying $100/mo for unlimited data and Internet has been out in my region for 3-7 hours almost daily for weeks. I call for support and told to spend even MORE money for tech support and backup Internet? Google Fiber is coming to Vegas and I can't wait to switch and campaign everyone I know to switch from this terrible provider who pretends to care, but clearly does not.
I can not stand cox cable. Can I give zero stars? I canceled our cable a few months after breaking bad was done with its last episode. And it was the best decision I've ever made. I have not missed it for 1 second. Not to have to put up with their so called customer service has been a blessing. In no way would I EVER go back to them for anything. I'd your thinking about signing up. Don't do it!! And if you do. Remember, I told b you so
Greg gave amazing customer service during our visit. We’ve had to come in a few times due to some connection issues and Greg made the process of scheduling a technician simple and was very knowledgeable about how to move forward.
