The most terrible experience I have ever had ever!!! I made several trips down to this store to get my tv activated. I had to show documents to prove I was now the person occupying the apt. After that, they said my account was activated. It was not! So, I had to make another trip down there the next day and the rep said it was all set up. He gave me the equipment he said I needed and I took it home. In the next 2 days the technician came out and said they gave me cable boxes instead of wireless boxes.
