This place sucks bad. Do better
The worst operation I have ever seen. Employee comes to move cable. Asked me what I needed done, had no idea what he came for. While trying to move cable employee had no idea what he was doing. Employee became agressive as though he wanted to start a fight because he was not trained to move the cable. Ended up leaving pissed off and I had to reshedule cable move. What a joke for such a large Company.
Fast, clean friendly
Jamieson and Alex provided some of the BEST customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I recently went in to switch my modem over to my new place, and they were both incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process, I even saw Jamieson opening the door for customers . Thank you both for the amazing customer service!
