Rest assured that whether you call or go in store you will be met with clueless and unhelpful staff. I was given a promotion in store and the clerk (the big guy) did it all wrong. After the bill came out I went back and someone fixed it, However I found out I would still be responsible for literally paying for the first guys mistake. I was told they can't help me with billing and to call cox billing department who of course said there was nothing they could do.

I must say I’ve had a good experience with Cox communication both from the utility perspective of getting Internet, but also the customer service from the stores. I like the communication that they have when their service is out I have been to the store a couple times over the past four or five years when modems get hit by lightning Always pleasant prompt service. Terrible customer service walked in and was screamed at to sign in and just wait. 4 employees 6 customers and they're only helping one. Ridiculous wait. Ridiculous attitude from the woman and ridiculous pricing.

What a waste of time. Had been told my chat and phone support over a three days period to go into the Cox Mobile store so I showed up regarding a SIM card issue and was told directly thst not only do they NOT have any physical SIM cards in their store but they also didn’t know how to switch my sim profiles from eSIM to physical SIM… don’t waste your time at this location
