Customer service at this walk-in location is outstanding. Met me at the door, super helpful with swapping a dead modem, very friendly, etc. Ignore negative comments about Cox in general - the folks at this customer service location are wonderful.
Horrible my internet always crashes you can’t get any help over the phone now they trying to overcharge me send me a bill saying I didn’t pay
I have no problem with the staff of this store, but Cox is easily the worst internet provider that I have ever had in my entire life. Glad to be rid of them.
