the lady that helped me at the store was absolutely great and professional in everyway
I have had Cox for 13 days 5/6/2026, and The Bill is due already, 5/23/26, not even 2 weeks of service. Also I have had 4 INTERNET OUTAGES SINCE INSTALLATION. Im considering other options 🤔
The girl there told me I didn’t need to do anything to cancel my phone plan other than stop using it. I was charged for months I did not use it and the customer service experience online took over an hour to cancel the phone line with no refund. It was extremely frustrating. I would never use cox again.
