Friendly folks but they sent me home with the wrong cable box and I had to make a return trip to swap it out for the correct one.
Customer service at this walk-in location is outstanding. Met me at the door, super helpful with swapping a dead modem, very friendly, etc. Ignore negative comments about Cox in general - the folks at this customer service location are wonderful.
Horrible my internet always crashes you can’t get any help over the phone now they trying to overcharge me send me a bill saying I didn’t pay
