Stopped in to return cable box due to moving out of state. One agent opened the door for me and another got me checked out. Everyone was friendly and professional!

I hate how they have a “sales only” mindset like they are only there to make sales. I came in with a problem because I was told to walk in and all they kept saying was “were sales that’s a billing problem” LADY THEY SENT ME HERE. It was a tall girl with glasses with an ugly attitude and face.

Excellent service for a year. Cancelled service because I am moving. Phone agent tells me to bring modem to local store. At the store the agent tells me it was not required to bring in modem since it was residential service but he can recycle it for me. I ask for receipt but he said system cannot generate one since it was not required that I return. Then 3 days later I get email saying if I don’t return modem I will be charged $240. Took me almost an hour on phone to get “Anthony” to understand the problem and file an appeal... read more

The two gentlemen that helped us they were wonderful but there were two ladies that worked there that were just down right disrespectful to somebody who has a disability and can’t help that they have it. He made a simple mistake and they were talking about him to where the whole store could hear. If you have opinions keep them to yourself and I hope that one day the aren’t in his shoes and get treated the same way
