I had to cancel a cable/Internet package and initially tried to get it done over the phone. However after a while, I decided to come into the store and the sales rep Trisha immediately handled everything and it was cancelled within minutes. She was very helpful, understanding and professional. Highly recommend this store.
Horrible Internet service. Goes down constantly
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Spectrum this past Sunday. I visited the store to replace my equipment and asked why my internet bill was so high. The employee told me the only way to lower it was to add a phone line, which she said would be free. She then asked for my Social Security number without explaining its purpose.
