We have internet with Cox. Our router had to be replaced. The staff member was friendly, efficient, and quick when he helped us. He made the process painless.
TODAY!!! 7/28/26 My mother visited Cox Communications located on Virginia Beach Blvd. Virginia Beach to simply to return a cable box that had been issued through Cox. What should have been a routine customer service interaction turned into an extremely disturbing and traumatic experience. Upon walking in, she explained that she was returning the equipment. I've not seen such honest and sincere customer service in years. I watched those representatives at this Cox store greet and assist customers with respect, giving there full attention and promptly assisting with what is requested. My Rep. Derek was knowledgeable about my need and provided the service I wanted for the price that fits my budget. I left happy. What more can I say. Great customer service provided by Cam at the Cox store on Virginia Beach Blvd. Professional, yet personable service during the time he interacted with my sister and I. Thank you for the time taken to serve us.
Aaron was the only person who explained everything I needed to know about changing my services after I called cox multiple times and didnt tell me the information he told me. I was very happy with the end results as he explained. Glad I was directed to him.
