The people at the VA Beach Blvd store are nice, but that’s where the good part stops. Cox is a VERY poor quality service provider. I cancelled my service today and will take my business elsewhere. Why is that, you might ask? Firstly, it’s now a Saturday morning and there’s been an outage since Tuesday night in my area and all I get is a 28 dollar credit. Your technicians should have keys to the cox internet/cable boxes they service otherwise you have janky practices 💯
Dont waste your money. Staying in temporary housing with cox and forgot just how bad it was. Ive had to reset the internet twice a day for 2 weeks straight. Cant wait to be back in my house with Verizon. Haven't touched my router than many times in the 6 years ive been in my home with verizon. So annoying I had to leave a review to save someone
