My sister went in to the store on March 20th to set up her new internet and was deceived into enrolling into a phone plan. We went through the process of porting her number over and cancelling the plan she on because was told she would only have to pay the tax, less than $2, for a year. She received a bill for $46.03 because apparently she did not qualify for the plan. She was not notified, but her account was noted that she was informed of this on March 26.
