Quick and easy way to get internet. Talk for 10 min then left without paying til my bill is due
My mom made me the primary account holder since she often is out of town. She couldn't cancel service. Billed on Sunday could not cancel service. I cancelled it the next day. They charged me 90$ back and for one day of service I was charged 63$... Make it make sense. Worst customer service, hard to cancel and their business practices should be illegal. Stay far away and you will be better for it

If I could leave a zero star review, I would. We made the mistake of switching to Cox from our previous home internet and cell carriers to Cox, because Cox was offering huge savings. Well you get what you pay for. So far we are on our 5th trip to the store to have them get this switch done correctly. And no, they cannot handle anything over the phone, you MUST drive to their store every time. The level of incompetence is truly remarkable.
I was in and out in 5 minutes. Pleasant people and experience.
