The inadequacy of the representatives in this store is exactly one major reason why people have issues with this company. This is a long process. It involved 3 trips to the store and 2 more calls to agents to finally resolve the problem. I am not using two girls names because the original girl tried to help me to the best of her ability and from what she was told to do by Alex who seemed to be training her or at the least had more experience than her. I had the pleasure of having Skyler help me establish service at my new home. He was so kind and friendly while assisting me which made it an enjoyable experience. I explained what my needs were and he directed me to the most appropriate plan that was perfectly suited for my household. I had an unusual situation because the previous owner of my new home hadn’t discontinued their cable/internet service and I had to show that I was the new owner before any changes could be made to the account.
