Cox Internet sucks. Been out, AGAIN, all afternoon in Springdale Arkansas. This is the 3rd time this WEEK! Was supposed to be up by 5:06, nope. AND IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with a "live" person. Time to start looking for a new provider. Internet is out AGAIN, Friday July 24th. Estimated time to be back on 3pm. Definitely looking around for a new provider. 4th time this WEEK Internet is out! Now the idiots shut off my service today, as I asked for it to be transferred on the 27th.

Cox deserves nothing more than a 1 star service is awful
Daniel was very friendly and helpful. He answered the questions I had about the service I was signing up for. If you are thinking about switching come here and ask for him.
A few weeks ago, I called Cox to ask if there were any lower-cost plans available. They told me there were no cheaper options, but they offered what they described as free technical support coverage with no additional cost. I agreed to it because that sounded reasonable. However, without clearly explaining it to me, they changed my internet plan from unlimited data to a plan with a 1,028 GB monthly data limit.
