Thoroughly unhelpful tech just sits and stares at me and doesn't know anything about the equipment or my plan or what options I have. Answered basically every question I had with "I don't know" or "you'll have to call technical support." Funny, because technical support told me that they didn't know and I would have to go to an in-person store to get help.
The people in there werent in any kind of rush. There was a long line and they were having personal chats with customers after their transaction was over making everyone wait longer
Spectrum sucks lies and I will changing to direct TV even though I was with cox for 15 years
I spent money on 2 Uber rides to get to & from this store only to have my problems worsen. Terrible service & lack of communication
