I went to Cox because my Cox Mobile line had very weak data service, and I needed help resolving the issue. When I explained the problem to Sami, he told me to call Customer Service. I explained that I had already contacted Customer Service and was still unable to resolve the problem. Instead of trying to help me or find another solution, Sami was dismissive and told me, “If you don't like Cox, you may switch to another carrier.” I found this response extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. This is my second time visiting this Cox store, and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service on both occasions. The staff has consistently been friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and never felt like I was being rushed through my visit.
