Would give a half to zero stars if possible. Had no Internet 3 days last week. I called to cancel and the customer service rep gave me a total attitude. Questioned everything. I told him I work remote and my job depends on internet connection, he told me I use the Internet more to stream then my work. I told him I care less about my streaming usage, I'm canceling because I can't keep telling my employer my Internet is out, and cox doesn't even let me know it will be. Horrible internet service with multiple outages every week and no refund on my bill for the downtime. A live Customer Service Representative is very difficult to reach. You are transfered to AI. Would not recommend this service.
