Horrible internet service. No one came to the house, technician cancelled appointment and never showed up. Switching to Verizon
I HAVE MORE OUTAGES THAN ANYTHING AND SINCE MYJOB DONT USE EVERYONE ELSE BECAUSE I WFH I HAVE TO USE COX IVE MISSED DAYS BECAUSE OF THE COUNTLESS OUTAGES JUST HAD ONE TODAY BUT THEY DONT PROVIDE NO CREDIT BUT QUICK TO INTURUPT IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT
While the store is excellent and the customer service is above and beyond the internet service is absolutely trash!
