Great customer service! Took care of my return expeditiously.
Only giving 5 stars because the staff at this location deserve it. Switched a while back from cox to a different company, but the staff in person are good people and are very helpful. The WiFi system sucks, had to replace our router every few months because it would go out, service would go out every day at 8pm for atleast an hour. Short story is the local store is great but the corporate company is terrible.
Cox internet connection in Manhattan ks is interrupted almost daily. Horribly unreliable.
Worst internet provider. Expensive and unreliable. Network outage every other day that takes hours to fix. WTC hurry up and expand your network pls.
If you can use anyone else do it. All around terrible company to deal with
