I initially went in with a problem on our data going over Internet plan. I spoke with a young man who convinced me he "upgraded" our plan, gave us unlimited data and same price per month. I noticed two months later and a high bill that nothing had changed other than giving us a "new plan". I went back in, not happy and explained everything to Parker Jordan.
