I had the right equipment, I had it all hooked up, cox still forced me to go with a technician. He checked it all, called cox, told them to transfer from old equipment to new, was NOT NEEDED, then they turned it on. Unexcusable Bull. Didn't have to pay, but also didn't need him AT ALL. SUCH CRAP.
Cox was ok for awhile, but lousy service so we finally made a switch. So much better service with our new provider.
Brian was great! Helped us transition through a hard time and got us discounts.
Had some questions and they answered all of them.
Thank you to Brandon for excellent service today! Helped with both business and personal lines 👍🏽was with a competitor for years…made the switch! Wish I did it sooner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
