If I could do negative stars I would, had to return the old cox router for my disabled mom. After 2 hrs on the phone they said go to UPS, sat at UPS who tried to scan it and now that Spectrum officially took it over the barcodes show Invalid. I went to the Bell location at 10:39 am, no one greeting, several store areas with people in line, I didn't know where to go so a service person looked at me and I asked where to go to leave the box. No recomiendo cox durante años estuve contratand cox pero todo el tiempo es los mismo, dicen que se pasaron con GB. Y TU BILL siempre mes con mes llega mas caro liquide el total que me cobraron $160 dolares yo pagaba $69 dolares y llega nuevamente el bill de $160 y no pague les pedi de favor que me lo quitara y marca y me dicen que ya debo $447 dolares si pueden buscar mas opciones agalo esta compañia ya no funciona tiene años con este mal sistema... ??

I noticed that my bill jumped up $15 and when I spoke to one of the staff they just quickly change my bill back to what it was before. Very friendly and fast service
