Service is inconsistent and they want to charge you an extra $7.00 a month to have uninterrupted service.
If you are looking for Wi-Fi and cox is an option.... DO WITHOUT! I'M NOT reviewing the store but I can't tell COX DIRECTLY. I will NOT SHOP AROUND I'm just getting the first one OTHER THAN COX TOMORROW. I'VE lived all over the United States and everyone is at least decent, this service (I reiterate I am not talking about the store) it probably the worst service of any kind that I have ever received. Wasn't able to do what I needed to but got it figured out later. The guy in the store was very nice.
Horrible WiFi provider. Constantly goes out and is way overpriced, but Cox really doesn’t care because they monopolized the area and you have to use them anyway. Always choose AT&T over them if you have the option to do so.
Was told to hold and was on hold for about 30 mins…. Currently still on hold as I’m writing this review. I understand they might be busy but no one has updated me or said anything….
