Checked in as soon as I walked in because of the 4 people in front of me. Demetrius appologized for the wait and the rowdy kids but thats to be exspected so late in the day. He was very accommodating with my questions and equipment set up.
The business side of this company is absolutely garbage. Set up service on November 24, 2025. I have several locations so all billing is sent to my PO BOX. Got a notice on January 21, 2026 that I had a past due amount. Researched the account and saw that I had not received an invoice. Sent in a check for the full amount and called COX to inquire what billing address they had on file. The rep refused to talk to me because he said I was not on the account. I have the original agreement that clearly shows all of my information.... read more
My issue is not resolved Long wait on hold Reps at the store are useless I returned my equipment ..and it’s apparently rocket science to fix my account ! I am NOT happy I work from My home and a disruption of service due to human error is not acceptable . I want corporate to call me
