Loyd was great even though I wasn't in a good mood. I was canceling my account, he took care of me with a smile IF I were going to start it up again this is the store I would go to.
Did cox change the name on reno
This stores customer service sucks. There is a lobby full of People and they have multiple employees not doing anything.
Horrible service with Cox, from the purchasing, to the install, to the hidden price hikes a year later. The only reason to be with Cox is because they hold a monopoly. ATT is getting stronger footprint and values business customers more, so we are switching over. Even after the merger with Spectrum, Cox is still very lousy.
