I do not recommend cox for internet or phone. They will promise you that you go to month to month after a one year contract then automatically move you to another annual contract, trying to lock you in. Very predatory organization, relying on slow speeds and old, sketchy business practices.
The workers are very professional
They were great came in to get a new internet box and was able to get one and was out super fast
