They were very nice and helpful at this location. Had to wait in line a little. Now I understand why. They deal with it well.
Zeiramae.M at cox text support is the worst person I have ever had...She keep me on text for an hour and then tried to play games and be rude when I tried canceling my service...I will never ever be with cox because of her...Worst service ever.
