Most pathetic excuse of an internet service provider I’ve ever used on this planet… and I’ve been alive a long time
Saw a hit on my credit report. Realized I still had the equipment from when I moved. Called to address this and pay the outstanding balance or return the device, and the supervisor for that department openly lied, claiming Cox doesn't report to collections or credit unions. When I told then I can see the report in front of me, he doubled down saying they do not report to collections or credit unions. Then I asked what happens when I pay the outstanding bill.
