Tried calling cox to set up internet, told us our address didn’t exist (at the apartment complex that’s existed forever and only uses cox), extremely pissed after calling 4 times but went here to see what the problem was and it was IMMEDIATELY resolved by a very nice worker there with curly hair (thank you girl love you). She was so efficient and we got to leave with our router and finally have internet!! Cox sucks but these workers were great!! Love you mean it

From the beginning everyone is courteous and professional. Walked me through my situation and resolved it.
No directions on if check in process was required for all services (it apparently isn't for modem drop offs). No greeting when walking in. Employees seemed annoyed when we approached. Cox is fine in other states, but the drop off experience validated my decision to cancel here.
