I called Cox yesterday to schedule my internet to be disconnected Thursday morning because we’re moving. Pretty straightforward request. Instead, Cox shut my internet off Tuesday afternoon. I woke up Wednesday expecting to have a full day to work, only to find out I had no internet. Helpful friendly and showed us how to use the kiosk
Possibly the worst Internet company and service imagineable. employees just wanna upsell you when you call instead of helping fix their shit service. Going to TFiber where they have twice the internet speed for the same price and NO DATA CAPS.
The staff at this location are phenomenal! They were super speedy, respectful of me moving my service, and I had two different staff members hold the door for me! An efficient team they’re running at COX!
