Good customer service ☺️
An absolute joke. Paying $100/mo for unlimited data and Internet has been out in my region for 3-7 hours almost daily for weeks. I call for support and told to spend even MORE money for tech support and backup Internet? Google Fiber is coming to Vegas and I can't wait to switch and campaign everyone I know to switch from this terrible provider who pretends to care, but clearly does not.
Cox has gotten so bad over the last 3 months. It's horrible. Won't load. Crashes at least 5 times a day if not more. It's embarrassing. They won't do anything about it either. They want to charge you $100 to have someone come out to look. It's unbelievable. They really need to get it together.
In person, staff is great.
My wife and I went into the Cox Cable Store concerned about our bill increase. We were greeted at the door by Anthony. Anthony didn't listened to our concerns, he was more concerned about himself and getting an upgrade. I tried asking him if he could give us a couple promotions to help us cut our cost and to help us out since we were senior citizens. He said "We don't do that anymore". All he tried to do is was to change my phone from Verizon to Cox to save us a couple dollars and still keep us above what we have been paying... read more
