I used to be able to go in and have no problems swapping out bad miniboxes or adding a service for the Assisted Living facility I take care of. It was friendly faces ready to help. Now it's just rude staff that can't take the time to listen to customers or figure out how to properly use their system. I've had the same experience on my last several visits. I will never step foot in this store again. I handle everything online now. Do better.
Love how they charge you but can't explain it to you
Went by the cable place to discuss bill pricing since it had changed. Nice gentleman showed us the details and we were satisfied, and paid our bill. Since this review we have decided to change cable provider because of the inconsistent service and blackouts without warning, on top of this the prices were going up but the service was not getting better. AWemade a wise choice.
