Store wasn’t the problem. Cox internet service is terrible. Drops daily anywhere from 1 minute to 2 hours. Customer service is useless. They send out a third party contractor to look at the wires and offer no fix unless the customer pays out of pocket I do not recommend using Cox in Omaha
It was a really smooth process, just dropped off old equipment.
Be careful u might be forced into a contract that “auto renews”. Yeah ok… forcing me to pay for not wanting their services is interesting. Not to mention mid up and down speeds, and their raising in pricing every year when internet is essential everyday. Extremely frustrating process to cancel.
