Called and spent 30 min on the phone to keep my “promotional rate” and the guy essentially offered me worse internet for more money per month. I happily canceled my account. Internet didn’t work half the time anyways.

This was one of the most unprofessional and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I went into this Cox store for basic help setting up WiFi after ordering online. The employee was friendly at first, but the moment I declined additional products, his entire attitude changed. He became cold, dismissive, and refused to help me with the setup he had just agreed to walk me through.
