The trip went better than planned. They took care of my needs immediately and the agent was very quick.
If I could give them less than that, it would be what they deserve. I see the same thing has happened to me that has happened to others. COX IS TRASH!!! They upsell you on a new internet service, Panoramic WiFi. They then send you equip that doesn’t work. I tried for 30 minutes plus to install the SELF INSTALL equipment. Eventually had to get someone to come out after the solutions and chat were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Technician comes and immediately states that it’s a problem with the modem. He had to go and get another modem ... read more
