I would strongly caution anyone considering Cox Communications to make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing before agreeing to a plan. So I came here before with my husband for internet and phone service. The Hispanic lady that was helping is SUPER NOSEY asking about my background and very personal stuff. I let my husband take care of it I was waiting else where. When we left he told me how this Dominican woman or whatever she is was asking things about me. I was so mad she even had the NERVE to do that. I hope we never come back to this location never again. It’s none of her concern and it’s none of her business. Nosey much? Yes

The trip went better than planned. They took care of my needs immediately and the agent was very quick.
If I could give them less than that, it would be what they deserve. I see the same thing has happened to me that has happened to others. COX IS TRASH!!! They upsell you on a new internet service, Panoramic WiFi. They then send you equip that doesn’t work. I tried for 30 minutes plus to install the SELF INSTALL equipment. Eventually had to get someone to come out after the solutions and chat were ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! Technician comes and immediately states that it’s a problem with the modem.
