Very disappointing experience at the Cox Enfield location. I recently switched from Xfinity to Cox for internet and two mobile lines, and during activation there was an issue with the IMEIs/eSIMs that caused me to lose access to one of my phone numbers. I went to the store for help, but the representative was unable to determine what happened, whether my number was still active, or how to restore the eSIM. Awful. Trying to cancel my awful service and they said there is a 800.00 cancellation fee!!! Read their contract before signing. Or even better just go with a different company. They suck
Not pleasant greeting , unfriendly employees second review it was definitely the same as last or worse
