We had a couple technicians come out and upgrade fiber. Corporate escalation team was prompt and helpful. The technicians Tom and Chris were both very accommodating and did a fantastic job on the install. Very professional and friendly. No gotchas or hidden fees like Frontier. Highly recommend for good customer service!
slowest company on the entire planet. I was with them for 4 yrs and they wanted to raise my bill by $4 and it took an hour for them to try and upgrade me instead of taking away the $4, so I said screw it now you have no customer.
My story: Ordered coxwifi pod online. Didn’t receive. But they billed me anyways. Called customer service. They suggested to go to local enfield store to pick up one. I wish I didn’t. Went first time ever. One of the unfriendly front desk persons that I encountered. If possible please avoid going there. Finally I convinced them to give me one. That way happy.
go with frontier. Go with literally anyone else. Im about to order starlink… for a home on a street with fiber (just not for us, or for 5 other homes, because cox never finishes their work). Their services go down nonstop. They don’t give a heads up for multi hour maintenance. They will charge you for 500mb download and for years you only get 100-120mb.
