If i could leave no star i would! We have been without internet for 2 weeks when i tried to tell them it looked like a mangled poll in the back they told me that work was finished and no one ever showed up! I work from home and have 4 kids that like to game and have fun as kids should! When i tried to call customer support its always someone who cannot speak english, the problems are endless. Every time we go to Cox, it’s amazing!
Stephanie and her co-workers were really patient and resourceful. I was skeptical about going over to the Salina store based off the reviews I read but I'm glad I did. I am sorry some clients had an unfriendly experience but my experience was very delightful. It's true what they say "don't judge base off someone else's experience, judge from your experience."
