Helpful staff.
I’m paying for one of the highest services. My download speed is only 24 mbps. They told me I needed to pay $30 more per month to get even faster speeds. Even though the plan I’m on should be at the highest upload and download speed. Would give a zero star if possible.
Never do I get a "thank you" for my in store payment from any clerk there.
Can't believe I had to go to the store to cancel my internet service. It's not fair. What if I was in my '60s and I had to return some equipment or cancel my service. You can't do it. You just hang up on me. You're horrible. Nobody ever get Cox. Cox is horrible. Replying back to y'all. Y'all ain't going to look into anything. That's what you say. That's why everybody leaving y'all going to AT&t or T-Mobile or whoever got the cheaper cost for internet. $150 to $175 is too much. Nobody go here
