Daniel was super friendly. He got me set up quickly and got me a really good deal! I’ll make this my home store!!
Walked in and was immediately greeted by Daniel, he approached me with a smile and urgency to assist me, I had a couple of questions about my account, he ended up saving me a ridiculous amount of money on my services for the next 2 years. Highly recommend Daniel.
Roxy and the whole cox crew are the best! I had an internet modem issue and was in and out of there within 3 minutes with a new modem.
I agreed with cox promise on the xumo boxes. First one free, second one 20 with no monthly fee. I got the first box and set it up fine. Went to get the second box at cox store and she tried to charge me 60 for the previous box. 60 for the second box, and 20 dollar monthly fee. I argued for bout 30 min and people were waiting in line. Finally she relented but im sure I will get a bill from cox. The have the worst customer service out of all the common companies I've dealt with.
