I only have Internet from cox, low income housing, every penny counts, I have a fire stick so I can stream movies, I am 73 and don't have much but love to watch movies. So even with just Internet I pay $70 a month, therefore I only expect to be able to watch TV whenever I want. The worst internet provider and cable. Paid off our cable bill, only had it during football season, then 3 months down the road they slap that $60 cable bill on my Internet and now I can't upgrade. I refuse to pay a bill I've already paid
