Go to a different location. Went here to return my cable box and disconnect my cable but in doing so they also cancelled my land line that we've had for 40 years! They still haven't resolved it and the manager never came to the phone when i called about the mistake , had to deal with poorly trained employees. I need to get this fixed its been a week with no phone !
Misinformation, services not requested/discussed being added, and overall rudeness. Went in to pick-up a router/modem that I was told by multiple people I wouldn't be charged for. When I went in, they told me there would be a rental fee. When I tried to ask questions about what equipment I needed, I was told he "doesn't know and can't tell me."
