Cox needs to have better service communication. I had internet issues which required two technician visits and both times the technician were late by more than 3 hours. The issue could not be resolved due to a fiber issue and so the technician had to put in another ticket. when i visited the store to return extra equipment they said there were no ticket on my account… and gave me a phone number to call. What happened to greeting customers as they walk in? Instead employees are too busy watching soccer to look up or acknowledge customers entering the store. And then when you walk up to them, they still don’t greet you. No, they tell you to sign in on the app like you should know that (there isn’t a sign). I loved sitting and watching the employees watching soccer instead of helping customers. Looked like they were enjoying the game.

I have been visiting this store from past 2 years. All the employees were great until I met this store manager Tonya. When I'm talking to one of the employee, without being called she interrupted in between and not letting customers talk. This is very arrogant behaviour and giving all the rude answers. Thanks!!
