I wish I got this person's name, but I spoke to the most helpful and kind person over the phone. She was able to give me answers about billing concerns and help me with installation, all in a short phone call!

Just left the Cox Store. I'm terribly disappointed. The girl who was helping me was not interested in my problems at all. I walked in, showed her my dark screen and she wanted to know how she could help me. I said "this screen is dark" and she said "how can I help you?"again. How hard is that? I'm not getting notifications for my texts and messenger messages which is a huge problem and she said "well, they're turned on".
