Jordan Hamilton has been fantastic! Even during off hours (including during his vacation) he was answering extremely fast. He was also able to recognize when he wasn’t comfortable with certain complications and made sure to consult seniors quickly in order to provide us with a better service. Lazy or slow, don't know which one. But we wasted one week for their so called conflic report and at the end of the week we've been told to look for another firm if we're in a rush, after I followed up eith them 3 times and emphasized that we have 10 days to reply to the matter. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.
