My furniture was 10 days later than expected being so close to Christmas and weather issues. Not only did this company/team not charge for delivery because of this issue (we had already sold our old furniture at this point and using lawn chairs whilst waiting haha) they delivered on Christmas eve and also had no issue to come back a week later when we noticed the rocking chair recliner making weird noise and love seat not positioned correctly. Took a computer in to be serviced and they installed an anti virus without asking first, 40 dollars worth! Was not happy! Felt robbed. Furniture is good though.
We bought a Decor-Rest Customizable 2855 Double Sofa Bed for our den to accommodate guests staying over or spending some vacation time with us. At first, I thought, these sofa beds are quite pricy, but then I considered the excellent quality and the super customer service, including delivery and installation.
