I would recommend staying far away from this firm. He was obtuse and condescending. His assistant was unable to answer even the simplest of questions. He blamed me, a small business owner, for not understanding and retaining his brief acronym heavy explanation, rather than going over things I did not understand. I can not say enough horrible things about my experience.
Rhett is absolutely the worst nightmare you can wish on anyone. He can't keep up with any paper work. Says you owe but has never sent a bill. He speaks in a language of acronyms that only he understands and expects clients to follow. He then request payment which you pat and then says he has no record from August when I can clearly show emails of them all sent then proceeds to say he refuses to file our 2021 business taxes due to us being upset because he is requesting payment again! I started a business in 2018 and I did as many things as you could possibly do wrong with my paperwork. The people here were so patient and so helpful. I will say that cheap isn't the best word. It cost me a good bit of money for their services, but well worth it. Spending the money for their help allowed me to receive a return that I would not have gotten otherwise. I cannot say enough good things about them, Rhett, in particular!
