We dealt with Phil Dean who sold our Edinburgh Property on the first day on market. Phil is extremely professional, a very good communicator and a nice person to work with. We personally highly recommend Phil and Cox and Co to anyone. Good value for money and pleasure to deal with.

Dealing with this letting company was a lesson in rudeness and unprofessionalism. Staff were dismissive, especially Mike Erskine, I’m genuinely baffled how someone with such obvious anger management issues is employed in a customer-facing role. If you value being treated with basic respect, look elsewhere.
Really enjoyed my experience in working with Neill and the team at Cox&Co. I’d initially reached out in 2019 to explore my interest in owning property in Scotland as an American. They were always present throughout the various turns the path took to finally achieving my dreams. I was really impressed on their knowledge, presence, thoroughness and overall pleasantness.
