Been waiting for a call back for months on Aaron Cox office submitting incorrect case number and name to Michigan Treasury for tax offset!! My name was submitted with incorrect case number and my $9k taxes were withheld and I explained this to the clerk/Admin that answered the phone. The 23rd district court said the case number is INCORRECT so Id appreciate an explanation on how a decade old case file got mixed into 2025/2026 tax offset.
