My truck ran a 1 pick 2 drop load. Truck was on site to PU for 4 hours. They told us to keep track of time, we did, got the shipper to write off next to it and truck was tracked. They told me load was ready, my truck dead head an hour to pick it up so we could knock it out. The people were working at the shipping site and immediately told my driver nothing would be ready until we'll after lunch. Ran a partial with Hayes from Ft. Worth, TX to ALBQ, NM. Nothing goes perfect in this industry, the delivery address changed due to an updated customer address- they had recently moved. Driver was redirected nearby with no issues and a rate accommodation was made for the extra stop off I pay my drivers. Clean PU and Del and the team was transparent through and through! Would definitely work with this brokerage again in the future.
