He had 3 mistake with my filling and caused to get refund after 8 months Very aggressive in response on the phone and office is open during tax season only .
Not informed of a price increase.
I couldn't give zero stars or I would. Very unprofessional and frankly doesn't know the tax filing system as well as he should.
