I had a very upsetting and disappointing experience at this tax service. My friend, who is Somali and a regular customer, took me with him to file our taxes. We arrived together, and at that moment, no one else was ahead of us. After we got there, someone else came in. Instead of helping me after my friend, the tax guy told my friend that he was only doing taxes for his regular customers and refused to do mine.
