The staff here are polite and respectful and their work is acceptionaly well done. I highly recommend them to anyone who are looking for a new bike and bike repairs. They showed me the pros and cons of everything that I wanted for my bike
Best bike shop ever! I was bike packing north of Cowichan lake when my free hub broke in my wheel, walked for 2 hrs before I found someone to give me a ride to Duncan (because they also knew this was a great shop). When I walked in and explained my situation they literally dropped what they were doing to help me. Pulled parts out of a wheel they had in the back and put all new internals in my wheel. Thought there was something wrong with my wheel while bike packing. The mechanics were able to take a look and quickly debug that I actually had a wonky tire! Super nice and knowledgeable team.
