Makes a world class water bottle
I limped in after my shifter cable broke. No appointment. They repaired it in less than 2 hours and they were super fun and pleasant to deal with. These guys understand customer service! Best part is the quality of the work. My bike shifts better than ever. I’d give them 6 stars if there was such a thing:) Thank you Cowichan Cycles!!!

Amazing speedy service and helpful advice
This is the 3rd bike we have bought from Cowichan Cycles. The first time we went in for some parts, they literally tore a bike apart to help us out, then we bought a bike from them. The deal they offered was amazing, as was the support they provided. We are doing some shopping around to check prices, but when you go into the store, they blow away anything you have seen, and that's without even trying to negotiate.
