Ruth and Diana welcomed us into a calming environment with matching instrumentals played throughout the spa, tea and water, and various rooms to ready us for relaxation massages. We were offered essential oil scents to assist us in a relaxing mindset. While we went in as pairs for massage, the others were able to take refuge in the quiet lounges, perpetuating the theme of calm ambiance and more tea. My 45 minute drive from Victoria was well-worth this spa experience! I loved the relaxation room with tea, steam room, massage chairs, Eminence products and most of all, my facial treatment with Ruth! Very relaxing and just what my sore muscles needed- highly recommended!
What Gem✨✨✨✨✨✨⭐⭐⭐⭐. I was visiting the area and wanted to find a true day spa. This was it. It has a steam room, quiet lounge nice dressing area with a shower and a many massage rooms. I had a scrub which was a scented hot bath in a private room with a faux fireplace then massage. Excellent and a hidden gem. Keep up the great job!
Hidden Gem! Had the best pedicures with my neice - super clean & luxurious spa right in Cow Bay. Ruth & team are true experts- I fell asleep during my treatment. Can’t wait to go back!
Cowichan spa treatment was amazing. Got a free private steam sauna because we stayed at the resort next door. Salt soak and massage was fantastic. Very welcoming and very relaxing. Highly recommend.
