I've been a Cowhides International customer since 2018 and I just received my fourth cow/goathide. Two were for floor coverings, one was to toss over an ottoman and one was to reupholster an antique bench and create a couple of throw pillows. Every hide arrived clean, fresh-smelling and in beautiful condition, and they have held up well. I've followed the method for cleaning recommended on the website, with good results. The hides are good value for the money, especially if you shop the sales.
I would 100% order from this company again. They have excellent customer service. I live in Hawaii so shipping wasn't straight forward and I had someone reach out to me right away and talk me through all my options. The rug is beautiful and exactly as pictured.
I use their Brazilian cowhides in my home decor projects. These hides are excellent quality. And customer service is excellent!
