Bad experience... don't buy from Canada... the shipping costs with UPS are very expensive, over $160... plus 35$ Cowgirl Tuff's shipping fees... My package is now lost. It's been over 3 weeks since I ordered and I still haven't received anything... a $250 order down the drain... very disappointing and frustrating...

Terrible company with terrible customer service. They do not stand behind their product. They clearly don't want to keep customers! Website never works. Problems logging into their site. Can't process a return because account is never updated. Snotty customer service people. They deny returns on unused, unopened regularly stocked product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Really tired of these greedy companies who don't care about their customers!

In all my years creating and consuming ecommerce shopping experiences, I've never encountered such shady business practices when it comes to returns. Ordered 3 items during an annual sale. Nowhere during the process was it indicated the items were final sale. When I asked to return ill fitting items I was directed to a return policy with one vague line indicating the sale items were final sale.
