Worse transportation system ever…please don’t rely on the school buses to pickup/drop your kids off to school.

If I could give 0 I would. This transportation system is by far the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their "bus bulletin" is never accurate, or does not actually get sent. When you call to find out information they are of 0 help. My high schooler and most of the neighborhood for the high school students were not picked up one day and when I called was told the driver said they finished their route and went back to the depot, and so they sent a random bus and the kids had to direct the driver where to go... read more

NO STARS! If I could rate negative stars I would. We pay too much money in this county for our school transportation to be this terrible! Bus comes one day at 7:30, the next day at 8:05 and some days doesn't even show up. And don't try to call because you'd have a better chance at winning the lottery multiple times before anyone answered the phone or returned a message. A JOKE!! Fire the staff and start fresh.

The bus is always late or doesn’t come at all, Bus Bulletin is inconsistent at best, wrong or just nonexistent messages at worst. The people who answer the phone at transportation have an attitude and expect you to just have sympathy for the situation, which is an going situation of never having a bus driver and my kids not making it to school on time or home on time.
