I’ve been meaning to do this but never got chance to, until now. Great people, just about anything you want for car or electronics. Bought myself quite a few things here, from a multi-meter to alligator clips for a project. My favourite shop in Cowes for electric / electronic components. Will most likely shop here again..
The service I received from Manning yesterday was exceptional. He went above and beyond to fix my battery issue with my BT50. While I was waiting I also bought a Brass Monkey portable fridge freezer, which he explained how to use and modified the connection to fit my application. Very impressed.
Great shop and owner, very supportive
Came into this store to check my deep cycle batteries for my camper trailer, they tested them for free to tell me that they are dead. Also told me that in my camper those types of batteries are illegal (which I had no idea) The guy who was a legend (sorry I didn’t grab his name) knew heaps of things about batteries and chargers etc. I ended up leaving there with a heavily discounted 100ah lithium battery and a charger to suit, whole process was awesome and the camper trailer is now is running everything I need for camping. Excellent customer service. I had a difficult battery changeover. The manager didn't put it in the too hard basket despite dealing with multiple customers and working in the rain. Would highly recommend Cowes Batteries. Thanks Aidan
