Great spot with great service, they need more room to try on and display the boots. They are tucked away in the corner of the loft which makes zero sense.
I had a 40 minute drive to the store I spent around 15 minutes looking at boots and the hats ended up leaving because the three people in one office and the one person in another office must have been to busy talking with each other to help.I guess I will take my business to a place that wants a sale and has good customer experience / service
The Cowboy lofts inventory is all high quality When they have sales it’s definitely worth the trip My last visit I got 20% off jeans The staff is super friendly and helpful It’s definitely a favourite spot for our family Will continue to recommend to others and support their business
