I bought a bracelet for a Quince and the night of the quince I was putting on the bracelet it broke. I couldn’t call the store that night because it was already closed. They have a policy that if you need to return an item it needs to be returned the same day. I forgot to call them during the week to let them know it had broken. So I called them on Saturday (a week later) and they told me to bring it by the store.
